This St. John condo, located in the heart of Cruz Bay, is the perfect choice for the single or couple looking to be close to where the action is. Located just up the hill from the ferry landing and literally within a five minute walk of many of Cruz Bay's restaurants and night clubs, staying at Tropical Palms means you can skip the rental car that would be needed if you were staying further out on the island. The condo has a full kitchen, television with cable, air conditioning and a phone with free local calls. There a several internet cafe's within a hundred yards so checking email can be accomplished with ease. Straight down the hill, at the St. John ferry landing, is where all the cabs hang out, so trips to the beach are pain free. There is also a bus stop a few dozen feet from the condo, for a buck, you can take the bus out to Coral Bay and other East end destinations.
Your host, Arlene Altman, has lived in the Virgin Islands for 25 years, so unlike many off island owners, she is nearby to answer you questions and help guide your adventures on St. John. Arlene is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, so if you over exert yourself at the beach or hiking the National Park, Arlene can help.
Condo Pricing
- In Season - Dec 06 to 1 May, 07 and all holiday weeks - $200 per night $1200 per week.
- Off Season - May 07 to Nov 07 except holiday weeks - $140 per night or $840 per week.
- Based on 2 persons, up to 4 may stay, $25 per night, per person extra.
- 3 day minimum stay required.
- 50% deposit due at booking to secure dates, if cancelled within 30 days of stay there is a 20% fee against deposit refund.
- Balance due on or before arrival.
